Analysis of inventory cycle in the polyester fake down industry

The production and sales of fake down factories have improved, and inventory has decreased month on month. This week, the production of polyester fake downincreased slightly, mainly due to the restart of the Hengli 200000 ton device, but the rebound in demand is more significant - mainly due to the preferential production and sales volume of polyester fake down factories. During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, the production and sales of polyester fake down were around 30-50%, and there was a general accumulation of inventory during this period. On the first day after the holiday, the market had a heavy wait-and-see atmosphere, and the market production and sales were light, with some areas continuing to accumulate slightly. On Monday, the fake down factory sold at a discount due to low inventory of downstream raw materials, which affected the production and sales volume of polyester fake down. As high as 400% in the end of the day, most factories went to the warehouse for 2-5 days per day. On Tuesday and Wednesday, production and sales fell normally, while on Thursday, production and sales partially rebounded, and inventory partially decreased again.
